CIA Veteran: Putin's Mistakes In Ukraine Could Help U.S. Intel Agencies

MSNBC's Alex Wagner speaks to former CIA operations officer Douglas London about the possibility of the U.S. intelligence agencies recruiting new spies because of Vladimir Putin's bungled invasion of Ukraine.

If innocent people weren't dying it would be comical that he's failing due to his own narcissism. His intelligence agents are afraid of being poisoned because that's what he does whenever someone doesn't tell him what he wants to hear. He was doomed to fail due to his own personality disorders.

There must be some in the upper echelon of power who are posessed of the realism to understand that sanity must prevail, those who are not particularly enamoured with the prospect of Mother Russia's future place in the World being subordinate to the interests of one man's egomaniacal and self-agrandising lunacy.

" The people who supported, appeased, or ignored Vladimir Putin, must be shamed for creating a monster."  Garry Kasparov/Former World Chess Champion/Prominent Russian Dissident & Opponent of Vladimir Putin.

Russian soldiers are running over their own commanders with tanks. The morale with the soldiers is so low, watching their friends die, starving, all for a lie. The Kremlin isn't even reporting true numbers of casualties, mobile crematoriums. Russian Mother's don't even know what is happening to their Sons. So tragic for Ukraine and for the people of Russia. All for a mad man.

If the Cold War had ended as Kennedy and Krushchev were working on in 1963, we never would have heard of Putin (or Trump).  What would the world be today without an extra quarter century of Cold War, nuclear arms race, Vietnam, Afghanistan, etc. and can we learn from these mistakes?
