Combat fighters and missiles should be supplied to the Ukrainian army so that they can defend equally. The will to fight is found in the Ukrainians, unlike the Russian orcs.
They're going slow to reclaim their territory, but unlike the Russians they're fortifying their route as they go so if for some reason they do have to fall back again it will be even more difficult for the invaders to press forward again.
