Ukraine War: Deputy Ukrainian PM Accuses Russia of 'Genocide'

Ukraine's deputy prime minister, Olha Stefanishyna, claims Russia has committed the worst war crimes since the second world war.

Ms Stefanishyna, who is a lawyer, said "the number of civilian victims is far more than those from the armed forces of Ukraine".

Asked whether she thought what was happening is genocide, she said: "I absolutely believe it... Putin and the Kremlin are war criminals."

Prayers for Ukraine nation. They are enormously brave. World leaders NEED TO STEP UP unite and enforce earthly world peace. The entire world is watching and waiting.

How can the international community stand by and allow this to happen ? We need a UN peace keeping sending into Ukraine right now, and all civilised countries should support his. We need to send a signal that the world won't accept war like this in the 21st Century.

I continually pray for the Ukrainian people. I don’t think there has been a day go by since this has started that I haven’t cried over this tragedy. It’s affecting the whole world but no where near like Ukraine.

What I don’t understand is if we aren’t stopping Putin now then what will the excuse be when he wants to keep going?

Ukraine should invite the US armed forces to enter their territory for military and security assistance like Assad did with Russia in Syria and Lukashenko for Belarus.

God, please save the Ukraine people and protect president Zelensky and his soldiers. God also protect the innocent young man that never meant to kill Ukraine, god please make those Russian young man to realize that they kill innocent people in Ukraine and stop Putin.

I have always waited for that moment the EU would build it's own unified army, but I had never thought it would be the Ukrainian people having to sacrifice their existence to play the role of the army defending Europe. Stay strong. May peace and victory come soon for Ukraine. Stop the genocide.
