On the presented video frames, you can really identify two M270 MLRS complexes. The latter, according to official data, were never delivered and were not planned to be delivered to Ukraine even as part of the American "aid" to Kyiv, and therefore the use of these weapons turned out to be extremely unexpected.

Publicly stated delivery times are defiantly not the actual times, you never let your enemy know the delivery times of weapons, this is just a decoy to get them to focus elsewhere while the actual deliveries probably have occurred early to give the Ukrainians an element of surprise.
