Ukraine Fighting for Stalemate in Donbas, Says Analyst
Ukraine likely does not have the offensive capacity to eject Russia from the Donbas area, so at this point Ukraine's army needs to keep itself from being 'destroyed,' says Daniel Davis, a retired U.S. lieutenant-colonel and military analyst.
While all this is accurate opinion, imho, once the Howitzers are more widely deployed, they'll start picking them off one after the other and at an accelerated pace compared to up until this point.
Now did putin forget.. to make a naval port deal? Or they said forget trade port deal. Ukraine did too? Seeing this is a sad oveetake on securing a port.. touch the sea..
The West just was not convinced enough that Putin would start a war to really scramble at diplomacy. It’s a shame that once the war was started Russia was relatively committed. It’s an all around difficult situation, and frustratingly harsh for Ukraine.
The situation is this in a nutshell: the whole territory of Ukraine is up for grabs, and the Russians just want to get there and put their flag before the US does. Plain and simple. Forget about independent Ukraine, one way or another, just as you can forget about independent Germany, independent Poland, independent Slovakia, independent Finland, and so on. There is no independent European country, other than Russia, and to some extend Turkey.
